Hi, I'm Alondra Silva Munoz.

As a seasoned senior marketing and sales leader and a devoted activist for gender equality I channel my passion into fostering intercultural understanding while promoting ethical business go-to-market and growth strategies for companies to scale sustainably. 

With a rich international background in leadership and governance, I’ve served on the boards of various organizations including non-profits, civil society, and political organizations.

Currently, I proudly hold the position of Chair of the Board of Women Tech Iceland, a Board Member of Solaris, the association for aiding refugees and asylum seekers. Previously Secretary of the Board of AFS Intercultural Programs, Leader at Móðurmal, the Bilingualism Association, among others. 

Additionally, I am an elected Deputy City Council Representative in Reykjavík.

Embracing the dynamic intersection a diversity of social issues, I enjoy speaking on pivotal subjects such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), foreign specialists in Iceland, Icelandic learning as an adult, immigrant civil participation, women in tech, among others. My portfolio boasts a dozen co-op pieces and media interviews which reflect my commitment to fearless and unapologetic thought leadership.
